I graduated from Pensacola Christian College with a B.A. in Professional Writing and a minor in Advertising in 2016.
I have a passion for football and have been covering the Denver Broncos since 2008. My early love of football has evolved into a love for sports, which has helped broaden my experience and coverage.
I specialize in social media and beat coverage and I always welcome opportunities to gain more experience working with sports teams. For more information on my previous working experience, please see my
LinkedIn profile page.
I currently cover the Denver Broncos for USA TODAY Sports Media Group. My articles have been referenced on sites including NFL.com and ProFootballTalk.com. My work with TiqIQ on NFL ticket sales has also been used on Forbes.com.
In 2013, I served an internship with The PA Media Group and covered the Central Penn Piranha for the
Patriot-News and
PennLive.com. During the summer of 2014, I joined the
Piranha's staff as Director of Public Relations. I also contributed
video highlights to CBS 21 during the 2014 season.
I spent two years (2012-2013) covering collegiate and collegian sports for my school, Pensacola Christian College, and their
Campus Post blog. My coverage focused on the Eagles basketball team.
I served an internship with the
Pensacola Ice Flyers of the Southern Professional Hockey League in the fall of 2013 and spring of 2014. Pensacola won an SPHL championship during my time with the team.
I have worked with companies including
Papa John's Pizza,
Verizon Wireless,
Old Spice and Taylor Strategy on various social media campaigns since the fall of 2013.
